Our company is planning for a nursing home at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where we take care of post natal mother and newborn baby. (as in patient basis). There are several programs & apps that we are planning to incorporate in our nursing home.
Below are our operation in brief.
1. Visitor call up to set an appointment to visit our centre.
2. Visitor meet our sale person in our centre to understand our package.
3. Visitor go back and consider our package.
4. Visitor sign up our package and book a room, give us an Expected delivery date. (pay a booking fees)
5. Customer deliver baby in hospital, then check in to our centre with her baby. (pay the balance payment)
6. Customer (mother) will stay in our centre with her baby for 28 days (could be more or less).
7. We will provide meal to mother everyday.
8. Our nurse will take care of baby every day, 24 hours a day. Record all the vital reading.
9. Our medical doctor will come once a week to check on the baby and mother.
10. Customer may purchase product or services during their stay with us.
11. Throughout the 28 days, the customer will have their relatives/family members visit them in our centre.
12. Customer will check out at the end of 28 days.
We are looking for software which can provide us the following modules.
1. Visitor/Appointment management (when visitor set up appointment and visit our centre). The visitor management module must be able to integrate with myKad reader (a USD device that can retrieve data from Malaysian Identity Card to reduce the waiting time).
The in house customer (mother) can register their guests by themselves (through apps/website), to reduce the workload of our receptionist.
can record other category visitor e.g. supplier, maintenance workers & etc.
2. In patient/customer module (when customer check in our centre)
3. F&B module (for customer to choose meal from the options given)
once meal is choose by the in house guest, the information will be forwarded to our kitchen, and chef will cook accordingly.
4. Nursing module (for nurse or doctor to key in daily records & comments) - Customer will be able to view the records on apps/website.

6. Feedback management - customer will be able to give feedback on service or daily meal on apps/website

The apps (android & apple) feature.
- for customer to download with purpose as such: feedback on facility/services, choose meal from the weekly update menu (meals are included in their accommodation package), we able to forwards our reply & advertisement through the apps to the in house guest.
