Advizeo by setec has set up an automated integration solution for energy bills (electricity, water, gas, cooling network, heating network ...) from the energy provider platforms for its customers.
Automation of automatic recognition does not always work at 100% and therefore invoices that have not been processed by the software must be entered by hand via a tool developed internally so that the invoice data is recorded and centralized in our databases. The skills required are : Standard use of a computer to perform common input operations, Knowledge of different types of energy bills is a plus, but documentation will be provided for each type of invoice. The desired mode of operation with the freelancer is : presentation & Initial training on the tool provided by our teams, the provider gives us a pricing per processed invoice. The freelancer can skip the invoices that contains errors or unknown datas. Skipped invoices will not be paid.
