Extract list of videos from YouTube channel

I need to get a list of all the videos that are returned from a YouTube user. As an example, [login to view URL] shows only 30 videos from this account, you have to scroll down to get the page to load, and that is not practical for an account that has thousands of videos. I need the solution to be reusable and the results should be in a standard data format.
I do not expect this to take more than 1-2 hours if you know what you are doing. This gets me almost there... https://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/users/PlayOnNetwork/uploads?max-query=50&start-index=51
And I get the data back for the first page with import.io, so if you want to go that route, it should be even easier.
I have provided an update to the project, it should be a simple matter to craft a pagination routine to return the data, I can even consume a properly formatted URL with increments, but it is not $250 worth of effort in my estimation, please adjust your bidding accordingly.
