finding publicly available details about research journals

I am looking for somebody who can find and enter missing information marked yellow in attached excel file. That information is for particular journal to find correct ISSN, email of the journal where an article should be submitted/or contact email for more information about journal itself, journal website (be sure to check against ISSN to avoid adding bogus journals with almost same name) and most importantnly direct email to current editor in chief.
Try and check to find a sample set so you know how easy/hard it can be before you submit an offer (I have few days to choose the right person).
Note: all offers submitted within first 15 minutes after making it public will only upset me and will be ignored. Beforem making final payment I will check some information if it is correct and not bogus. So please be diligent. I have no idea how much work this can be, but for somebody with plenty of time, English and Internet, this should be a fine job.
