We are Looking for experienced call centers to do live transfer leads for Durable Medical Equipment like back brace.
All other braces like knee, ankle, shoulder, wrist, elbow and neck can be included as additional brace to back brace.
No Leads provided.
Service Level Agreement - 200 per day max
Small centers welcome 5 per day min
Script Will be provided
Medicare Requirements:
Must have Medicare Part B
Must not have received a brace in past 60 months (5 Years) for Back Braces and 24 Months for braces requested.
We have our own suite of eligibility and billing software to check if patient is eligible to get the brace.
