I am not the best PDF editor that is for sure, but I have been trying to make this document fillable for a few days.
The file was sent to me in Word. I’ve been using WonderShare PDF Elements, Maybe not the best PDF editor, but has a 14 day free evaluation & is fairly cheap.
The form field recognition did most of the job, but I have not been able to finish off a few things I’d like to do.
I’ve created many text fill box and seem to be fine.
On page 9, I’d like to have more space between Current Abuse & History of abuse. I can put a text box in there as needed, but I’d think there’s a way to put more room between the sentences.
On page 12, you’ll see # 2, and underneath # 2, you’ll see “for what reason.” I’d like to organize that sentence that sentence to look better. Put “for what reason” down & over to the left where it should be. Spacing out the sentence like that will give me room enough to put 2 text boxes as needed.
I believe editing PDF files with tables is nowhere near as easy in Word, but I hope there’s a way I can make the tables easier to change.
I believe the table is considered a picture, and I select the hand to try to move the fields & columns around but can’t.
There could be a point in the future I’m asked to insert more row or columns.
Do you think starting the PDF from scratch is the only way? Creating this 15 page PDF w/o importing anything would be horrible.
In addition, if there’s any way to tell me how to move fields & columns around, or maybe to even
make my own table.
I'm not %100 sure this is possible.
