Simple categorization project

The job is simple, we need to categorize 25,000 software products.
To do this we have made an interface for you with the following
information listed (see file in attachment):
1. top Category suggested by author of the software
2. 10 Categories suggested by our system (this is additional help
for you to determine the correct category )
3. Short + long description of program (it should help you identify
category if the upper 2 didn't help)
4. Combo box with our categories (139 categories to choose from). This
is where you will select the proper category.
Once you select a category press "submit" ... that's all.
So we only need you to select the category for the software from the
combo box.
No manual entry or copy and paste work
We need this to be done within 30 - 40 days.
Please honest bidders only. Payment will be paid only if that is deemed accurate.
You will be paid after completion of first 5.000 then after each 10.000
