Copying data from the bank statements which are in PDF format, then fixing it up a little so that it can be pasted into a table. Let's say the bank statement says as follows (but in a table, which I can't show here):
I would need the dates to be filled in in every column please. (On the bank statement, sometimes if there are a few entries for the same date, then all but the first are left blank.)
You'll need to scan each page please column by column by selecting and using the Alt key (you need to use the Alt key to select a column--otherwise it will scan all the data in the page).
Usually there are paragraph breaks where they don't need to be, so I'd need you to delete those please before inserting the data into the spreadsheet.
You can use whatever spreadsheet program you like as long as it's one that's often used.
I need you to fill in from April to December 2011 please.
