Type Business detail from Scanned PDF file to Excel

Hi,
I have some scanned PDF files which have over 2000 Business details. I need someone who can type only the Person name and email address into excel. I will pay $5 for each 500 row (Name & Email ). It's an easy task but you must be careful typing those Names and Email, I want 100% accuracy. I may hire multiple freelancer for this task because I want it to be done within 24 hours. Please white "I can ensure 100% accuracy" before bid proposal so that I can understand that you read my project details. Please check attached file for example.
