I would like to hire a WooCommerce Expert

We are currently starting to sell subscriptions and product bundles based upon SIM cards. We want to further enhance our existing Woocommerce setup by go deeper on automation level. Requirements from store owner perspective: * We want to identify each product shipped using its IMEI and link this to an order (this is manually added by the shop owner after the sale happened. Currently we are struggling when adding this data when the quantity is larger then 1) * We want to do the same with the SIM card using the SIMCard unique number, we handle the SIMCards as Woocommerce Subscriptions Requirements from user perspective * Users should not be hassled with complicated Carts when ordering * Customers should be able to change from one subscriptionId to another one. Customer should be able to do this on an individual SIM Card basis Requirements from automation perspective *When the SIM Card Id is entered a SOAP call should be executed to retrieve to SIMCard IMSI or MSIDSN from a web service. This data should be added to the meta data * when a a user ends his subscription a SOAP call should be triggered to stop the subscription using the IMSI/MSISDN as the key * When an user changes his subscription a SOAP call should be triggered to migrate from one package to another one again using IMSI/MSISDN as key * One subscription (part of a product bundle has a "no renewal" attribute this should be ended by using the mechanisms as described above.
