I need a microsoft excel expert who can sort and analyze data. This job should take about 1-2 hours. I need this work done immediately. If you can have this job done within 2 hours, I will hire you. I need someone that can take a spreadsheet that I already have and perform a few functions. The spread sheet has rows of properties that can be sorted by zip code and price. First, I need you to sort the properties by zip code and "count" the number of properties in each zip code. Second, I need you to "sort" the properties by "price" and "count" the of properties in $10,000 price range. Make sure you use the Cash Sale Price and not List Price. Third, I need an average price per square foot in each zip code for 2 bedroom properties, 3 bedroom properties, and 4 bedroom properties. Make sure you use the Cash Sale Price and not List Price. The spread sheet that I will be giving you will come sorted by zip code. This is an easy project for someone is good with excel. You can create another tab inside my spreadsheet with your results. I need this done in the next 2 hours. If will hire you immediately if you are available and qualify.
