need 393 products into excel sheet, copy and paste, also need image editting and small HTML

As titled, this job requires person to go to supplier site, -copy and paste title into excel spreadsheet, -calculate price from supplier site to excel sheet (i will provide all formula for pricing) -Description copied from supplier site, pasted into a default HTML file, the html text is then pasted into the excel sheet. -Photo editting / Watermarking Each product needs 1 photo editting, i will provide you with a logo/watermark in PSD format. Simply take the picture from supplier site, put the PSD file ontop of the suppliers watermark and save onto computer. I will provide you details to login into hosting and upload the editted picture, once uploaded copy and paste URL into Excel Spreadsheet. This is a little more longer than data entry, but if the winner does a good job, i will have much more jobs for them. I have written FULL instructions on what to do including screenshots. Person needs to be very competant, and follow insturctions carefully to avoid mistakes. I have a rather low budget because i have many projects to do.
