301 redirects in CSV file

New website is designed and will be on same domain, but product URLs are different. Need to create a csv file that redirects 300 products.
Old site has the product # in the title of each page. I have downloaded all these html files from the old web site. You can use these or access the old site now and do your own magic. Or you could match product names, whatever you think works most efficiently.
