Affiliate Lead Database Infrastruture Build

I’m looking for a development team who can build out the initial infrastructure for lead generation/affiliate business. Ideally you will have some understanding of affiliate/referral marketing. A lead is a potential customer interested in a product or service. To get more information about the product or service the user will submit their contact details. Email, Phone Number, Address, Date of Birth etc. The campaigns we run will capture these potential customers. These campaigns will be across multiple verticals/industries, I am looking to build an MVP that can be built upon, ideally serviced by your team if the project goes well. Validation of the lead data is a key component to this project. Inserting false/fake/duplicate entries into marketing databases impacts on campaign performance. If lead data is valid on affiliate campaigns a postback url will fire. Rewarding the supplier of referred lead. Very little in the way of front-end work other than integrating the forms to communicate with the database. HTML/CSS design will be made available. I would expect a collaborative and consultative approach to development. Use of staging servers, git repositories, gtm proficiency, expertise in the fullstack organised approach to documentation/code comments etc.
