Basic Filemaker 12 Survey Database for iPad

Build a basic filemaker survey database to be used in Filemaker Go. I need to be able to build a series of questions with 5 possible answers for each question on an iPad via filemaker Go. The question pages need to be able to specify an image for the background, and the the text for the questions, and text styling in Filemaker 12. There needs to be a timer so that in the event of inactivity it returns to a separate page to invite people to vote. Likewise at the end of the survey we need a thank you page which displays for a set period of time (seconds) before returning to the invite page. Ideally the database should be locked so users can't "break" it, but open to suggestions. There should be the ability to print a report at the end of the event to display the answers We wil design the images for the pages, and add all the questions
