HI. I need a code (function) in Delphi 7

The function must return a current URL (string) and the caption of active tab in MS Edge browser (this is a new default browser in Windows 10).

If there is no URL open, the function must return empty strings.

Solution can't use Window clipboard.
I think best approach is using UIAutomation
