I want an infographic that shows who is impacted by coastal flooding.
Primarily: Homeowners and commercial building owners, whose property is flooded. Residential and commercial tenants. Utility owners (government, private). Critical services (government and private) like schools, hospitals, day care and everyone who relies upon the residences, commercial establishments, utility service delivery, school and hospital.
Secondarily: insurance companies, as agents for risk transfer, self insured (which many city governments are), banks who own mortgages, and the federal government, who funds the national flood insurance program and tax payers, who pay for the federal program.
I'm not looking for a lot of complex lines. Rather, I want an icon to illustrate each in the primary and secondary list, and I want the primary and secondary hierarchy to be clear. THANKS!
