Drupal 8 / 9 Form Data XML Post, Database Storage, & Results Report

We have a Drupal site ([login to view URL]) with the U/I already completed. We need someone to finish the back-end. This will include posting the form data as XML to a 3rd party site. Storing the data and results of the post into a local MySQL database. Also, a report page showing the form data and results of the XML post. The report page needs to be paginated as well as filterable by date and post result.
