Hello The work is to fix a field in a form. its a drop down field .Looking to make changes to the Prescription Stage Field Dropdown If you see that picture we need to have these states available to be selected The business rules is: User can not change a new state and SAVE until the details are entered into the Notes Section. see the image on attach file.
