Autopopulate Ebay Store From CSV Files

Hello. I am wanting to populate ebay through csv files. I have two feeds from different companies that I would like to autopopulate my ebay store. I also need to be able to add extra items etc as well on ebay.

The products will automatically update when stock is out, or new stock comes in etc.

This must be done to a high standard.
