Craigslist Ads - why can't anyone do this properly anymore?

I am looking to hire someone to place my ads at a rate of 20 per day for one month. You must use your own PVAs and the ads must stick for longer than 48 hours each. You will send me a report each day with the posted URLs of the ads. If any ads are removed within that 48 hour window, you must replace them with new ones.
The ads must be placed in all major US cities in only the category: community/musicians
I need this project to start immediately. Please quote on your service for 20 ads per day for 1 week. If you are successful then this will be daily work.
