Cold Callers, Internet Marketers and Sales Generation Needed

We have an online membership based website to list real estate in the USA. We are looking for sales people or person who can close 20 sales a week minimum online or by telemarketing. This is a commission bases job, no upfront, hourly or advanced payments. Commission for closed membership sales is $10.00 per sale. Membership cost clients $19.95/per month for unlimited listings with no long term obligation. Commission is paid weekly and is unlimited as long as you produced. This business focuses on buyers, sellers and real estate professionals who need owner financing (not from a bank) to buy or sell a property. This project is specifically focused on sellers with properties to list. There are millions of these people in the US and they need our services. Don’t believe me? Just Google or go to craigslist real estate section in any state and search for Owner Financing. We need some great sales people that want to make unlimited income because they can produce sales and close the deal. Will only pay commissions for confirmed paid customers. Requirements: 1. Excellent English Speaking Skills (very little to no accent) 2. Experience in Cold Calling, Internet Marketing or Sales. 3. Skype or any other VOIP service with high speed connection for quality calls. 4. Must enjoy speaking to people on the phone and be persuasive but not forceful. 5. Work as little or as much as you want. 6. Send us an excel report after each shift detailing name, phone numbers, address, email address, brief description of conversation (excel template will be provided by us) 7. Direct them to our website to sign up for a membership or set a time for one of our staff to call them back. You do not take credit card information over the phone. 8. Candidates will be interviewed by phone so we can hear your voice and demeanor. If you produce we will move you to an hourly rate plus commissions.
