Build an Marketplace for bitcoin/other cryptocurrency Trading/Exchange.

I made the pages and discussion of the system using html pages for the (user view and admin part) for most of the pages which control the system (I will add them to the programmer team who will be awarded). The code should be handmade, write the code from A to Z, we must not use any known systems like joomla, wordpress,… and so on. I prefer to write the code in python, to be installed in linux servers, using Amazon webhosting…….. The project are splitted into two main parts: • Part A: is similar to [login to view URL], at which user can log in and put advertisements to buy or sell bitcoins or other cryptocoins , this named Advertiser”, another user will enter our site to buy or sell bitcoins or other cryptocoins from available advertisements, this will named “”Trader”” o User register an account in our system, but name ( advertiser and trader) we use them to identify an trade (not an account ) between a trader and advertiser, to know who is the owner of the advertisement and so on. o So it seems to be market place, at which one person can put advertisements, other users see these advertisements. o So normally, let say user A, enter in our website and want to buy bitcoin and pay by paypal, he will search for offers of the advertisements available, if he like an advertisement , he can create a trade with this advertisement, or he can create an advertisement with his condition, or he can try our official exchange (part B) . • Part B: Is an exchange part, this user can exchange his money with our money, like any exchange e-currency system, for example, user can exchange bitcoin to perfectmoney usd according to our rate and conditions. Only Professional programmer who already worked before with bitcoin/cryptocurrencies, and payment systems API, can be bid, others dont bid please. More info in the attached file. Payment of the Project:- For the payment, of course we respect the programmer team, and we want that we and you will corporate for long time projects, and this to be the first project with you and your team, to be honest, we and you should be safe and our and your money should be safe for your work, and we should satisfy with your work as the project required, so We recommend that the Payment for the project will be as milestone payment, can be splitted mainly as 3 Parts:- 1. So I can create the first milestone when you will start work with the project, when you finish the system, management of the system as better ways, all errors fixed, system checked, all okey, but all work still with your side, I will release the first milestone. then go to next. 2. All system is ready to be online, We are going to install the work in our servers hosting account, So I will create second milestone, You will install the work in our servers, system online, Release the second milestone. 3. After the system become online, users enter our system, make orders and so on, their may be some errors or bugs, also there are some payment method will give us acceptance only when they see that the system is online, so for this, their should be third milestone, So I will create for you third milestone after you install the system in our servers, and it start working, We will report all bugs, errors, or better management methods for the system, add the payment methods API which will added after acceptance from these payment methods, When all Okey, I will release the third milestone and this is the last one. 4. We should have an updated version of the code of the system for every update ( as original code copy), to be with us. So as to at any time, there are problem in the system we can install the ( original code copy = Last updated copy of the code of our system).
