I need a custom payment processor, (to clarify this is a one person solution for my personal use only not to be used as a business of any kind) I need a virtual credit card that can be deposited into via paypal or a debit or credit card.

like a program, plugin, or website that has a link to my debit or credit cards balance that I can use to withdraw any available amount to a paypal account or another card. please apply if you think you can complete the job or for more details
