Help us to find the best WooCommerce Plugins to deal with products with hundreds of variations

This is about a new WordPress / WooCommerce web shop https://shop.daunenspiel.at.
The setup is nearly complete, but the customer found that it's very hard to deal with furniture products like this: [login to view URL] that have 3 - 5 different attributes with e.g. 20 values each.
Hard to manage, not looking good for the customer.
While I am quite experienced with WooCommerce, I need help identifying the best solution (plugin) for this customer.
I might need help to implement it, but the major task right now is to identify a valid solution.
Therefore I'm looking for someone with experience with WooCommerce shops, especially with complex variable product setups who could provide consulting and optionally helps to configure the selected plugins.
Experience with the existing plugins would be helpfull.
Environment: Current WP / WooCommerce versions, Astra Pro theme, Beaver Builder Pro page builder,
Variation Swatches for WooCommerce - Pro ([login to view URL]) for variation swatches
WPC Product Bundles for WooCommerce (Premium) for product bundles
What the customer wants to achieve:
1. on the frontend: something like this: [login to view URL]
Attributes are grouped (e.g. colors are grouped by material), more expensive colors are marked with an add-on price (+ $100)
2. On the backend: there might be hundreds of variations for such a product. It should be possible to modify prices, images etc. in bulk. E.g. by being able to filter for certain variations and set a price / price add-on or variation image for all of them.
3. On the backend: It should be possible to define a price add-on for certain variations insted of calculating the price of each combination manually.
Any other suggestion to make the management of such products easier and more effective would be more than welcome. Share your experience!
Target is to get as close to the customer requirements as possible with ready made plugins.
If some aspects require custom development, that would also be a feasible answer. Depending on the cost we would then decide if that's something we would move forward with.
Timeline: Provide (some) suggestions within a few days. Get something ready for testing until mid september.
