hi, I can help you. Basically for these specs we need flyback converters . There are many Tiny/ Top pwm switches are available. Over all cost depends upon input emi filter , secondary side filters etc. In a high spec supply we include emi filters , secondary filter etc Regards

I would suggest to use a variable resistor instead of using a fix output voltage. You can access voltage from 0V to 12V and two output ports can be provided for use.
