I am excellent welding power supplies design, high frequency transformers design, electrical vehicles design, circuits design, multi-channel LED Drivers, Regulated power supplies design with universal input to DC output, Audio amplifier, drives design, Filters design for harmonic analysis and Power factor correction, SMPS, LED drivers, DC-DC, AC-DC converters design, PFC interleaved boost converter, Battery management system, Battery chargers, UPS design, sine wave Inverters, solar grid tie inverters, Solar battery chargers and street light systems design from few watts to KW range using Buck, Boost, and Buck –boost, Interleaved boost/buck, Fly back Push Pull and H-bridge inverters. I have very good experience to design high voltage power supplies up to 50KV for capacitor charging power supplies using soft switching topologies. I have work experience to design from few watts to KW range meeting all compliances like EMI/EMC and safety standards UL etc.

hi, I want to know about impedance matching unit you have between ZVS and Coil. B-field can be further increased by increasing current ( more power from ZVS and changing the coil or changing the ferrous plate as it acts as a load) or by properly matching Coil. Pipe coil can be simulated in software like Ansys Maxwell to examine Magnetic filed. Regards
