Quantum radar is a technique based on entangled sensing and reference signals.

One of the entangled signal is transmitted via an antenna, reflected by the target and

ither received by the same antenna or another antenna. The other entangled signal is

stored as a reference signal. This is done either in a resonator or in a delay line. The

reflected signal is brought to interference with the reference signal. In this work this

detection process has to be investigated for various types of entangled signal states, i.e.

entangled single photon states, entangled Gaussian states, entangled Fock states,

entangled Gaussian states, and entangled phase eigenstates. First order coherence

(amplitude coherence) and second order coherence have to be considered.
