Hi I've thought about your proposal and it requires a rather high degree of reliability in the hardware and software side of things and i would be happy to help with the complete design and a working prototype. Im assuming you haven't decided on the size and volume of the chamber so there are a couple of options for you. You could use an existing refrigerator and add the other peripherals to it OR you could create the chamber from scratch and have a slightly more optimized solution. In any case, the hardware side of things would monitor everything : temperature, humidity, fan speed, and connect to the internet either via a WiFi or Ethernet (or both) link. You can then view the sent data via your phone/tablet/pc etc. My deliverables would include a working prototype of the control unit sent to you and assistance in designing the chamber.
