set up my email so I can send/receive as my business using gmail.

OK so I have 2 jobs and 1 of them I use gmail for o manage my emails, calendar, and do all on iphone too. Its nice. So with my 2nd job I want to do the same. The instructions I have for set up are: The account will be POP3 and the set up guide below will walk you through how to get it working: U: myemail @ [login to view URL] P: willtellwinningfreelancer Incoming mail server: [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]) Outgoing mail server: [login to view URL] ([login to view URL]) Untick ‘Require Secure Password Authentication (SPA)’ Tick ‘My Outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication’ (same settings as incoming mail server) For your display name (this will be displayed to contacts when you send emails out) please set it to the following using the instructions below: Open Outlook Click - Tools Click - Account settings Click on 1stname.2ndname @ [login to view URL] Under User Information - set Your Name to 1stname 2ndname (willtellwinningfreelancer) Click - Next Click - Finish NOTE: This next section is a common ‘gotcha’ for iPhone users as certain older software versions make it very difficult to change the SSL setting to ‘Not required’, and then often leave the ports set incorrectly, therefore please pay particular attention to the items below in Red when configuring mail collection on an iPhone. Incoming Port: 110 Outgoing Port: 25 Untick ‘This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)’ We recommend you Tick ‘Leave a copy of messages on the server’ and Tick ‘Remove from server after 30 days’ (you may need to type ‘30’) and Tick ‘Remove from server when deleted from Deleted Items’ ------------------------- But thats for Outlook 2013, and iphone, not gmail and I really want to use on gmail on both computer and iphone So the job is to set this up so I can send/receive with my new work email address and use a sig file in gmail for that email address too.
