Calculate a foundation for a 230m2 house. -- 2

I'm an Egyptian Structural Design Engineer for Height Rise Buildings & Infrastructural Buildings (Tanks & Pools,...etc.). I have gained a good experience ( 9 years ) in design using the latest versions of AutoCAD, SAP, Etabs, Safe, and other software programs. I’m currently working in one of the biggest design offices in QATAR as a structural design engineer. I successfully have prepared the design drawings of many projects during my current position.

Hi, i was going through the detail requirements of your project and I'm interested in doing the structural foundation design of your house. I'm an Architect by profession and we have a team of geo-technical & structural engineers. I hope that the soil bearing capacity is not that low for your house plot, otherwise foundation cost would escalate. Also, the design will be made on STAAD which is a good software as you know.
