As the single mother of a rambunctious and curious 4-year-old, I am the embodiment of patience, I correct reflexively, yet gently and I am not the grammar police, I am the grammar commander. I converse in a manner that is accessible and accommodating. I genuinely enjoy people; I am a good listener and I stay abreast of current affairs and can therefore talk about most anything. Before I entered the world of freelancing, I was the training and development manager for a major cruise line. I was tasked with ensuring that non- native English speaking crew members were equipped with a more than rudimentary grasp of the English language thereby empowering them to engage with guests more easily and more freely. I am a Native English speaker; I am a university graduate, and I have TEFL accreditation. I look forward to picking your brain. I speak Afrikaans which is almost the same as Flemish which would make your life a lot easier as I will be able to understand you and assist you when you just can't find the English word you are looking for.

I have 10 years of experience in Customer Service and 6 years of experience in Call center. I have experience in listening and evaluating calls, also coaching agents on it I have taught a group of kids from ages 3-12 for about 5 years as a tutor, where we covered a variety of courses from English, Math, Social studies and arts. And I am currently teaching English and Maths to grade 7 at APS - Army Public School. I am very interested to join ASAP.
