Extremely busy Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy company Abacus Therapies is looking for an HR assistant who flourishes under pressure and maintains a professional manner under any and all circumstances. This person is disciplined, efficient and has the ability coordinate and follow-up to get things done. We are seeking someone with an exceptional eye for detail who can take the ball and run with it - at a minimum you must demonstrate stellar computer skills, a leader who is organized, has a sense of humor, and is a fast learner with ability to think on your feet. Fluent English phone and writing skills a MUST. Ability to work during our business hours a MUST (our office hours are 9am to 6pm New York/Miami time).
This is a full-time position with opportunity for advancement.
Responsibilities include assisting with:
1. General Admin Support
- Help management with general admin support
2. Scheduling Assistance
-Scheduling between therapists and clients (primarily via phone and text)
-Input weekly schedules into our practice management system and update it as schedules change
3. HR Assistance
-Executing intake process for new employees and clients
-Ensuring therapists and staff are following company procedures and guidelines
-Job posting and screening of new employment candidates based on provided guidelines
-Perform new therapist onboarding procedures to get new team members hired and ready
-Weekly preparation and audit of employee time sheets
Required Attributes:
-FLUENT English phone and writing skills
-Very proficient with using web and mobile applications
-Strong willingness to constantly learn
-Team player
-Self-starter, confident and excellent judgment
-Very reliable high-speed internet service for IP telephony for phone calls, etc.

Inform patient's therapist's name and assurance of visit schedule
Data entry of patient's demographics
Therapists availability
Patient Triage (Check patient's name, address, phone number, seen by a nurse)
QA:
Reaching out to HHAs for visits, frequencies, eval follow up discharge notes approval
