ACCESS form and VBA expert

I have a t-shirt business where I list products on a variety of marketplaces. Usually there is a parent sku and child skus for each design, color, size, style. I want an ACCESS form that can make creation of the necessary information for listing on marketplaces easier. First it needs to build the skus from some input and some selections. The total sku length can be no more than 30 characters. The user should input the design name on the form. Then select the gender, brand, style of shirt, colors it will be offered on from a drop down/check boxes/etc based on the style selected, and size range. Example: Design=FavPeople_Daddy ; Gender=Men, Manufacturer=Gildan Style=Short Sleeve; Colors=Black, Gray, Heather Red, Heather Military Green; Size Range= S-3X These selections would create 24 child skus. FavPeople_Daddy_MGS_BK_S FavPeople_Daddy_MGS_BK_M FavPeople_Daddy_MGS_BK_L You get the idea. On the same form I want the user to be able to select the event that the applies to the shirts. This can have multiple choices. Father's Day, Christmas, Birthday, Retirement, Pregnancy Announcement, Sibling Shirts etc. Some events may need further refinement of choices for maybe a 60th birthday or a specific year. Each of these event would have tables associated with them, or perhaps it is one table and each event represents a field. The tables or fields would have numerous search terms and phrases associated with each that are frequently used on marketplaces (we can provide a list of the terms). When my employee selects the events for the shirt design, the selection should result in a random selection of words/phrases from the chosen event tables/fields which are concatenated with a space between each where the final length is close to but not exceeding 250 characters to go in a field for search terms on EACH child sku. Each child sku search terms should be different and randomly generated. In addition, each child sku needs to have a title generated randomly. The title must not exceed 80 characters. The first certain number of records for each event table should probably consist of simple descriptive nouns that could easily be used for titles so that randomly selection within this record range would result in an acceptable title consistently. The employee should enter the actual name of the design ... like My Favorite People Call Me Daddy. Then the titles can be something like below. Father's Day Gift, My Favorite People Call Me Daddy, T-shirt for Daddy, Black L. The design name should not be used in every title. Maybe just put it in 25% of the titles with the others have just random search phrases associated with the events selected. Some marketplaces allow for more characters in the title so I may want multiple fields created for the title on each sku with the character limits different. The same goes for the search term field. The form will need to allow us to enter the path for the images for each sku. It would be great if most of the path is there for the url image path with us just entering in the folder. The filename can be created from the main sku name, like FavPeople_Daddy_MGS_BK.jpg. All the child skus for each color will have the same main image since we do have different pictures for each size. The employee also needs to enter the Design name group for EACH COLOR set. Example: Daddy Black or it could be Favorite People Daddy Black
