Boston based (a must) Admin on a part-time basis
I'm looking for an experienced and reliable administrative resource on a part-time basis. The ideal person for this role must be Boston area based so that they can help me with all my local administrative needs.
Specifically, I am looking for someone to help me with data entry. I need someone who has experience working with data entry to manage spreadsheets, generate reports, and help collect data for various projects. Additionally, filing/organizing is one of the top priority tasks at the moment.
In terms of availability, I am flexible with the days of the week and times, but ideally I would like someone for about less than 10 hours per week. Having strong organizational and communication skills are also desirable as you may be managing emails, calendars and scheduling tasks as well.
