We are after customer service agents to join our expanding team!
Do you love providing top quality fast customer support?
This is a full time role! 8-10 hours per day.
You must be available to work these hours below;
- 2pm to 10pm (Philippines time)
- 10pm to 6am (Philippines time)
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming & make out going calls (You will be required to have a fast internet connection)
- Ensuring a high level of Customer Service standards are met at all time in a professional manner
- Ability to manage email, phone and live chat in conjunction with one another
Key Requirements:
- Experience working in a call center environment
