eBay Sales & Shipping Administrative Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized part-time Administrative Assistant to support our eBay sales operations. This role involves creating invoices in Microsoft Word, managing sales data in Excel, and preparing shipping labels for postal packages. The ideal candidate will have experience with basic office software, be comfortable with routine data entry tasks, and possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate invoices for eBay sales using Microsoft Word templates.
Input and organize sales data into Excel spreadsheets for record-keeping.
Create shipping labels for post packages, ensuring accuracy in address and package details.
Maintain organized digital files for all invoices, sales records, and shipping documents.
Communicate effectively in case of any discrepancies or clarifications needed.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in handling eBay sales or similar online retail platforms is a plus.
Commitment:
The position requires approximately 2 hours of work, twice a week. The specific days and times can be flexible, but adherence to deadlines is crucial.
