Excel Based Program: Automatically data based on predefine Criterias.

Essentially, the goal of the project is to extract data from RawData provided. First, the program should identify the client. This is done by using 2 variables: BIRTH_DT and PMI, Then it must identify the date of service, assign ACTIVITY_DT to the master list template, then assign DURATION Duration to that specific ACTIVITY_DT.

If you want an idea of what the current method is, you can run X12_Data BillingTemplate 2007_DHS_T1016.xlsm. It will show you what the core concept should look like before the ACTIVITY_DT, DURATION, and CONTACT_LOCATION are usually entered by hand. The goal for the project is for the end result to look like that but with the aforementioned data already extract from RawDataExtract_H or _R

X12_Data BillingTemplate 2007_DHS_T1016 and Dummy data are currently color-coded to show you what variable is related to each other.
