Macro to deleted data from a different file

Greetings! Thanks for the sample Data file with clear explanation - this makes it very easy to understand the requirements. I can come up with a Excel VBA based solution. Clicking on a button in Excel Tool (Macro File), you would be prompted to select the file to be processed. Once the file is selected, the Excel tool would delete rows in the selected Data file using the specified criteria for Issue and Risks worksheet.
