Mailing via Excel (vba)

**ATTENTION This project must be delivered in the next minutes, it's extremelly urgent: i'll separate into two parts, so you can imediately deliver the basic what I need. Then you make the complements.

Based on give data in Excel to create emails.

Part A -

***mandatory for next minutes

-Check attachment Mailing VGM [login to view URL]

-First sheet there are several clients, having a 1 or more booking.

-Then a client can appear in several rows if has several bookings

-The macro you're required to develop should create a different message per client. / Group msg per client / meaning = if a same client appears in 5 different rows, a single msg will be created covering all of them.

-In the same row of each booking there's the client's email in respective column. This should be put in the TO field.

-In the same row of each booke there's the CC email in column CC, . This should be put in the CC field.

-If there are several bookings for that customer to compose the mesage, may have several client's emails and several CC, all clients's email found should be together in TO field and all CC found in CC field.

-In the second sheet are the settings.

-In the settings user should define:

---1. the "Sender email " - it's the "from" field of outlook to be put whenever user wants to send msg on behalf of a group , for example. If empty blank, the user's email is considered as "From".

[login to view URL] fixed CC - email address put here will be put in every message created.

---Text prior table. The text put here will be placed prior the table in the message body (the organization of the body is a text, the table of data from 1st sheet, and the signture)

---Signture after table: the signture to be placed in the body after the table

---Subject: the text put here will appear in every msg created, and at the end you should put this: "- Client: " and fulfill with client name respective to each msg.

*Create email option is to be developed (not send)

*find an example of the email attached.

Part B -

**pls develop after deliver the part A, as I have urgency.

-Attachment in the second sheet, the file bowsed by user here will be attached to each email.

-Somewhere in the 1st sheet (space in blank in the header), the user should set if wants to split messages per client's email or not. (if so>> example, same company supposing Google Inc had two bookings. First was requested by maria[at]google and second booking requested by John[at]google. Although both John and Maria work for Google Inc, they requested different bookings. So, if this option is selected, two messages will be created, one for Maria informing only Maria's booking and another for John informing only John's booking. However if between two cells client's email is different, but at least 1 email matches, the code should not split the msgs. Example, company Google Inc and booking 1 requested by maria[at][login to view URL]; softwares[at][login to view URL] and booking 2 requested by softwares[at][login to view URL] - what I mean, despite of same company and different email, at least 1 email is in common between the cases , which is softwares in the example; whenever it happens the split should not occur, so 1 message should be created and sent to all emails found softwares[at][login to view URL]; maria[at]google.com. (ps. different emails in a cell can be checked by the existen of the " ; "). In all cases the CC should follow its respective booking, if a same client's case was split into two , for example, if booking 1 has a specific CC and booking 2 another, then booking cc of the booking 1 should be in the message one, and the CC of the booking 2 should be in the other msg. If no split will be done all CC will be put in the same message.

-Somwehere in the 1st sheet also, user should set if wants or not send the emails automatically.
