Merge data from 2 csv files

We're moving to a new inventory system. We need help merging data from 2 csv's so the final CSV has the cost field updated correctly based on a 2nd CSV from our old system. Both CSV's have a unique SKU ID so you need to match on those and update the cost to our new CSV file for import into our new system. If you know how to work with Excel I'm hoping this will be quick. We'd like this done asap and can pay asap. There are about 4000 rows.
