Create a website with forum for consumer complaints on various subjects along with a research section that allows the user to locate information form links provided by the federal agency or company. The end user will be able to leave pertinent information and description for subscription, follow up and investigation purposes. Seo work will need to be done, eventually on a daily basis. Not looking to make a lot of money on this up front. More interested in page ranking and getting traffic to the site. Facebook, linkedin, twitter and other applicable apps will be implemented along with documentation [login to view URL] name of the site will be usconsumerprotectionboard. I will need a mock of the first page, title etc.. as an example. before moving on to the next stage. This is a 4 part project, so please, no outrages milestones or bridge. This project will be awarded to one designer to complete and maintain (this will be a separate fee negotiated). If I cannot one person or an acceptable bid then I will piece the work out until completion. I outsource 85% of my work as my time is limited because I maintain servers. So please bid if you are interested, as I am a fair person. Upon acceptance I will send a contract/ agreement /NDA to sign, It is simple to read and understand as I believe everyone's work and Intellectual property should be protected. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THE BUDGET IS FOR THE FIRST STAGE ONLY! CREATING THE SITE...FIRST PAGE ETC.. IF I HAVE TO PIECE IT OUT THEN I WILL HAVE TO LIST THE OTHER STAGES AS PROJECTS.
