Facebook & Instagram Marketing Ads Funnel Manager

** READ ENTIRE PROJECT DETAILS** We're looking to ad a new Ad Buyer to our Team This person (or agency) should be great at two (2) things: (1) Must be EXPERIENCED in creating AdSets and Campaigns for advertising on Facebook and Instagram. (you'll be working with a live Ad Account, so NO newbies!) - After discussing the details of this project and reviewing the Personas we've created, be able to meticulously target the correct Audience demographics, and then expand that audience with Lookalikes, etc - Keep CPC, CPM, CPL and other metrics as low as possible. We strongly emphasize Quality over quantity - Must fully understand the ins and outs of FB and IG advertising–– from Brand Awareness to Reach to using eye-catching Media to writing engaging Captions (2) Must be EXPERIENCED (again, no newbies!) in designing unique and High-Converting MARKETING FUNNELS, building on the data gathered in Step 1. - We DO NOT use ClickFunnels...don't even reply if that's all you insist on using. We use better tools - We don't do eCommerce–– so you can focus 100% of your energy on just Lead Generation - Must know how to create effective 3-Step to 7-Step Marketing funnels - We'll provide or help provide ideas for Lead Magnets, but we will need you to create the actual content for the Ads, the Squeeze Pages, the Lead Capture Pages, the Automated Email Sequence, etc. If you know what you're doing but don't have a team around you, we will introduce you to our team of graphic designers, content writers, and video editors, to give you all the tools necessary to make these Campaigns as highly effective as possible ADDITIONAL DETAILS - We reward Great work. We prefer to pay a respectable guaranteed rate PLUS Big Bonuses based on results, instead of paying full price and having no guarantee of anything. If you know what you're doing, that shouldn't be a problem - We pay weekly every Friday - Experience Required! Remember, we know how to do this too! If you're full of sh*t, we'll catch you! NO fake or false claims just to get Clicks, etc - Must know how to atleast Read and Understand English since much of the work will be done in English - We make our projects fun, and we're often told we're easy to work with.
