Are you looking for a virtual assistant job that's not only fun, challenging, and enjoyable, but also pays you more money the harder you work? If so, then please read carefully. Our growing e-commerce company, has a fantastic job opportunity for A CUSTOMER SUPPORT - FACEBOOK MODERATION-SHOPIFY SUPERSTAR VA that can meet certain criteria.  We're really looking for that special person that could become a 'Customer Support-Social [login to view URL]' on our team. Initially we are looking for a part-time (and maybe in the future full-time) role. MUST have experience with Shopify and Facebook messager. Will be responsible for handling all inbound emails, responding to them in a respectful manner and Facebook chat. Again, MUST need have previous Shopify experience in the past. You will need to be able to respond quickly to chat and provide tracking information and answers to various questions that come in. Very good English and communication skills are a must. Must have a fast internet connection and be available on Skype for training.  Must be available from 8AM - 6PM GMT+2 - MUST WORK ON A DAILY SCHEDULE, on time every day.  The daily shift will be initially for 2-3 hours but it could quickly grow to more. Will be paid weekly, total hours must be self-recorded.  Tasks:  -Responsible for handling all inbound emails, responding to them in a respectful manner and Facebook chat.  -Must be available mostly from 10AM - 8PM GMT+2 - must work on a daily schedule on time every day.  (Flexible hours/days based on 24/7 schedule) Will need to be able to respond quickly to chat and provide tracking information and answers to various questions that come in. -Resolve customer complaints via email, mail, or social media.  -Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for messaging them on Facebook -Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.  -Advise on company information.  -Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.  -Place or cancel orders.  -Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.  -Act as the company gatekeeper.  -Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.  -Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.  -Inform customer of deals and promotions.  -Sell products -Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.  Skills required:  -Very good English and communication skills are a must. -Must have a fast internet connection and be available on Skype  • Customer Service & Admin Support  - Customer Support  - Email Support  - Social Media Moderation  Wage:  -Starting wage at $2.00 USD/hr  -Raises are given based on performance, efficiency, adaptability and consistency. -There is a 30 day trial period on a part time basis. -Paid weekly. I can do the following: * Product listing * Order management - fulfilling (both on dropshipping and website itself), tracking etc * Customer support via email - Can answer a minimum of 80 a day. * Feedbacks * Warehouse Liaising * Familiar with ebay, amazon, cdiscount, fruugo and shopify (please refer to portfolio for back end screenshot) I consider myself as an all-rounder VA.
