YouTube Marketing

We are looking to extensively promote one of our artists. Genre RnB/hiphop/pop. We are aiming mainly at YouTube to gain more traction to videos, but also across other social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter. It is important that subscriptions are organically sourced and not hones through scam/bot sites. Target audience 13-35 y/o. The right candidate will be highly analytical, energetic and able to develop, deploy and optimize campaigns across all forms of digital media. Please tailor your application to this project specifically, as any copy paste general applications are less likely to be considered. • Previous experience with YouTube marketing . • Fluent in writing English with excellent grammar is required. • Source and manage outside resources, including writers/relevant bloggers and media. • Develop, evaluate and optimize multiple digital platforms including email, content marketing and social media. • Analyze website traffic, especially regarding analysis of campaign conversions and referrals, constantly adjusting marketing to increase traffic and conversions. You should have: • Extensive experience with YouTube marketing, being able to adapt strategy to reach target audience effectively. • Extensive experience with web analytics using Google Analytics. • Knowledge of content marketing principles and ability to manage freelance writers to implement those principles. • Experience in creating email and retargeting/remarketing campaigns and other online campaigns across varied platforms, including Google Adwords, Facebook and career-related sites focused on used automotive sales • Able to manage email campaigns, including content creation. • Experience using multiple social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc) for branding and direct response.
