I am buying a dress (image attached below) But am needing someone who knows what they're talking about to help discuss what my best options will be when it comes to the crinoline and making the petticoat. The dress I am buying doesn't look exactly like the image attached, but that is the end goal, so someone with an eye for detail who can help me tell the company what changes to make to the dress to get it more accurate.
