Seed Funding

I am looking for someone who can help me raise seed money to get my social network up and running. We are currently in beta testing. I would like to raise $5 million and will offer a 40% stake in the company. We need to hire programmers to develop the site from basic programs to games, hire a marketing company, and beta testers. Mail goal of the social network is privacy, video status message, video commenting, Live stream chats, the ability to share content to other social networks, More complex games such as MMO PVP games and much more. Revenue for the site will be acquired via donations from users, user shops, a fiverr style modification, an micro transaction for the games. A larger milestone payment will be offered once funding is secured.

What I need from you is two fold. I need 1 a business plan. and 2. Contacts and help raising the funds needed. So I will look to you to put me in touch with the people who will review the business plan and can help fund the $5 million for the project.
