Study on Feed-in Tariff for PV:
I am looking for solar energy / renewable energy policy study expert to produce 1-2 graphs and a report of max. 5 pages in studying:
(1). Introduction of Feed-in Tariff for PV
(2). Types/Modes of Feed-in Tariff for PV
(3). Comparision of Feed-in Tariff for PV in the World (in terms of mode/price) in table form
(4). Build a financial model to evaluate the benefits to be derived from different power capacities of solar farms (from 0.1MW to 10MW) against their respective life cycle costs covering capital costs and O&M recurrent costs for the whole setup;

->Produce 1-2 graphs to illustrate
(5). To estimate the payback periods of investment under different levels of infeed tariff.

TThe reason of finding a energy/financial modelling expert because for Item (4) and (5), you need to use international recognized cost data. If you are expert you know where can find the cost data.
Please noted that only studying the feed-in tariff for PV, no need other renewable energy.
The study has to be completed by 2 September 2017 or zero payment would be entertained.
To declare your interest, please let me know your strategy for Item (4) and (5) and where would be cost data come from.

For Item (4) and (5), the study location is Hong Kong. The is no feed-in tariff in Hong Kong now. For tariff structure, please refer to https://www.clp.com.hk/en/customer-service/tariff/business-and-other-customers
The financial return analysis should be based on utility-scale PV project from 0.1MW to 10MW, not residential.
