Simple Flash animation with ActionScript

Hello,
I need the ttached PDF animated and with some ActionScript features. The animation should be something like this:
a) Some subtle effects on the background behind the girl. For example Christmas lights blinking.
b) An envelope comes into the screen, with a label that says "Click to open your card"
c) Clicking on it plays a little animation where the envelope opens anda a card comes out, with a text message.
d) Each message will be generated by the server, from a database so the SWF should read data from the server (via XML or parameters in the HTML, whatever you think is best/easiest)
We will provide the orignal file in InDesign with the original photo in its own layer so you can extract the elements.
We will choose the freelancer based on examples of previous work you have done so please provide links. Needless to say, the work should be relevant to this project, especially Flash animations with AS.
