Automobile Parts + Tuning Shop website

Looking to make a website representing a tuning shop and selling aftermarket automobile parts and accessories. Some examples of sites i like are, [login to view URL] (only product page), [login to view URL] (everything else).
Key things i want to have:
1) Search engine just like on [login to view URL] (and many author parts sites). So customer can enter his vehicle and then use menu bar on left to look at all the different parts available on his car.
2) Home page like [login to view URL]
2)I need shopping cart and customer login. I will be accpeting credit cards and paypal so everything must be secure. I like the way all that is on evosport.com.
3)I need to be able to update, make changes and continue building the site myself. Including building the rest of the site after the layout is done. If you look under any autoparts websites search engine there can be many vehicles. There can also be many different parts offered for those vehicles. These are always changing and growing. I need to be able to add vehicles and additional parts for sale easily whenever i please. I need to be able decide which parts come up as usable for which vehicle as i please.
I need someone to put this together for me, let me know what you can do. Would be great if i can find someone local. I'm in Sherman Oaks, Ca 91403.
